To reference a Facebook page, use the page title in the reference, and include the notation e.g. [Facebook page] in square parentheses.

Note: Subsequent citations can use the abbreviation WHO.

If using a Twitter profile, include the retrieved from date and put [Twitter profile] as the medium.

If the real name and the user name are both known, provide the real name first, followed by the username in square brackets. If only the username is known, do not put it in square brackets.
