Lorraine Armilla

Lorraine Armilla is IPU New Zealand's International Marketing Representative for Indonesia and South Asia, covering India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. In this role, she supports student recruitment, builds partnerships with agents and institutions, and delivers marketing and engagement initiatives to strengthen IPU New Zealand's presence across these regions. Originally from Indonesia and now based in New Zealand, Lorraine brings over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, and corporate social responsibility across the Asia Pacific region, spanning the banking, insurance, international development, and media sectors.


Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with basic Japanese, Lorraine has a natural talent for working across cultures and building meaningful connections. She has led regional initiatives in community engagement, sustainability, and financial literacy, working closely with governments, NGOs, and diverse communities throughout her career. As a proud alumna of IPC/IPU New Zealand herself, Lorraine has a personal connection to the institution and is deeply passionate about supporting students and fostering inclusive, cross-cultural learning experiences at IPU.
