Kris Harding joined IPU New Zealand in October 2022 as a Maintenance Officer before stepping into his current role as Facilities Manager at the beginning of 2026. In this role, Kris oversees hall renovations, campus-wide operations, maintenance, and day-to-day invoicing and compliance, ensuring that the IPU New Zealand campus remains a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for students and staff alike. Born in Lower Hutt, New Zealand, Kris brings 26 years of hands-on experience in the building trade, giving him a solid and practical foundation for managing the full scope of facilities operations at IPU.

Outside of work, Kris is a proud father to seven daughters and one son — a testament to his patience, dedication, and ability to keep everything running smoothly no matter the challenge!
