Joseph Quiambao joined IPU New Zealand in June 2021 as Senior Marketing Manager, bringing a wealth of international sales and marketing experience to his role. His responsibilities include recruiting international students from Southeast Asia, Europe, the Pacific Islands, and the Middle East, developing strategies for international student recruitment, and supporting marketing events and related documentation, including the management of education agent systems. Prior to joining IPU New Zealand, Joseph worked for a leading polytechnic in New Zealand and gained ten years of global sales and marketing experience with NESTLÉ.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Joseph is fluent in Filipino and English and has a strong background in customer service and relationship management. He is skilled at understanding clients' motivations and needs, which informs his approach to developing effective recruitment and marketing strategies. He is also currently furthering his professional expertise through a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice.
