Glen joined IPU New Zealand in 2017 as a full-time lecturer at bachelor and master's level, bringing over two decades of international tertiary teaching experience. Prior to joining IPU New Zealand, Glen lectured in the Netherlands in Business Ethics, English, Culture, and Communication. Some additional tasks entailed management, mentoring (senior students) debating and developing the institution's Code of Ethics. His recent responsibilities at IPU New Zealand include teaching across a broad range of subjects including Marketing, Tourism, Culture, Communication, Ethics, Research, Project Management, Product Management, Consumer Behaviour, Resource Management, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Glen's varied academic background reflects a broad interdisciplinary foundation that informs his innovative teaching approach across both business and humanities disciplines.
