International education an important element in Palmerston North
IPU New Zealand recently hosted a group of eight visiting New Zealand-based international education agents and took the opportunity to give them a guided tour of the campus and introduce them to number of staff and students.
The group were visiting the Manawatu as guests of CEDA (Central Economic Development Agency), and spent three days sampling the cultural and educational highlights of the region.
Whilst New Zealand’s borders remain closed to international students, maintaining relationships with such agents is an important part of IPU New Zealand’s marketing strategy, so when international students are able to come to New Zealand again, the advantages of studying at IPU New Zealand will be forefront in these agents’ minds.
The agents recruit students from around the world, and the combination of IPU New Zealand’s park-like campus, the range of qualifications (Bachelor, Postgraduate and Masters) available, the comprehensive student support network and our NZQA Category One rating meant the agents were suitably impressed by what they saw.
