High Commissioner of Singapore visits IPU New Zealand
Mr. Bernard Baker the High Commissioner of Singapore to New Zealand had a formal lecture with the IPU students and staff on “Singapore's Foreign Policy”. His speech was specifically on the opportunities and challenges of the Singapore's present and future foreign policies. It was an open door session and his speech was followed by the question and answer session. The formal lecture was organised by the New Zealand Institute of International Affairs Palmerston North Branch.
