Student Support/Recruitment Officer (Indonesia)

We are looking for a Student Support/Recruitment Officer (Indonesia).  This is a pivotal position to ensure successful student recruitment, particularly from Indonesia, and provision of pastoral care for our students.


The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:

·              Tertiary degree in relevant areas to the position

·              Fluent in the Bahasa Indonesia – verbal and written

·              Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

·              Sales or marketing experience preferred

·              Excellent interpersonal skills

·              Experience in the education sector preferred

·              Familiarity with computer software, and databases

·              Self-starter, proven ability to show initiative, passionate and motivated

·              Open, friendly and honest, flexible to change

·              Determined to achieve, proven ability to work to deadlines

·              Attention to detail, process orientated

·              Team player, prepared to go the extra mile and be part of the IPU New Zealand culture
