HOLI Festival

HoliHoli, the festival of colours and love, is an ancient Hindu festival which has become increasingly popular outside of Hindi nations. To celebrate, people play, chase, and colour each other with dry, multi-coloured aromatic powders. There is also a lot of singing and dancing at gatherings. The festival signifies the victory of good over evil, and is a festive day for people to forgive and forget, play, and have a great time.

This year will be IPU New Zealand's first HOLI celebration! Let's spread the love among our IPU New Zealand friends and family!
